Microsoft unveils more backward compatible games for Xbox One

A tweet from Xbox spokesperson Larry “Major Nelson” Hyrb revealed that more classic games are headed to the Xbox One. Support for five new titles, including Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut, Frogger 2, Puzzlegeddon, Final Fight: Double Impact, and Faery: Legends of Avalon, is available as part of the Xbox One backward compatibility.

Although the original version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution was previously supported on Xbox One, the multi-disc Director’s Cut will be making its first appearance on Microsoft’s current console.

These five new titles join the recently added Xbox 360 versions of Dig Dug, Phantasy Star II, Runner 2, Samurai Shodown II, and Sonic & Knuckles to the ever-expanding list of backward compatible titles accessible on Xbox One.
